Our 1-Room Apartments for 2 people measure approx. 35 m². The combined living and sleeping area has a box-spring bed (180 x 200), a dining table with chairs, a sofa and an armchair, plus a TV with satellite reception, Netflix and other streaming services. The kitchenette is fully stocked with crockery, pots, pans and cutlery and comes with an induction hob, a dishwasher and a combination oven/microwave. A kettle, toaster and coffee machine are provided too. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a glass screen and a hairdryer. All linen (hand towels, bath towels, tea towels and bed linen) and the final cleaning are, of course, included in the price.

No, pets are not allowed in this apartment – which also makes it suitable for allergy sufferers. Dogs are allowed in Apartment Nord and Süd and in the Kapitäns Loft.

No. Only the Kapitäns Loft has a balcony (loggia).

In the main house (Langestraße 8 or the neighbouring house). We let apartments by category; apartments of the same type are located on different floors, and there is no lift. Please let us know your preferred floor when booking.
