Our 1.5-Room Apartments for 2–3 people measure approx. 37 m². In this apartment type the sleeping area is partly separated from the living room and has a box-spring bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped, and there is a dining table with chairs. The living room has a sofa bed, an armchair and a TV. The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer. All linen (hand towels, bath towels, tea towels and bed linen) and the final cleaning are, of course, included in the price.

No, pets are not allowed in this apartment – which also makes it suitable for allergy sufferers. Dogs are allowed in Apartment Nord and Süd and in the Kapitäns Loft.

No. Only the Kapitäns Loft has a balcony (loggia).

In the main house (Langestraße 8 or the neighbouring house). We let apartments by category; apartments of the same type are located on different floors, and there is no lift. Please let us know your preferred floor when booking.
