Contractor accommodation on Norderney

If your company is building, renovating or installing on Norderney, your team needs a place where they can properly switch off after work. Our apartments at Langestraße 8 are right in the town centre – with their own kitchen instead of a hotel room and everything needed for several weeks on the island.

What your team can expect

• Own apartment with a fully equipped kitchen – hob, fridge, crockery and coffee machine. Cook for yourself instead of eating out every night.
• Interim cleaning once a week, including a change of bed linen.
• Fresh towels twice a week, plus toilet paper and cleaning supplies for anyone who wants to tidy up in between.
• Going home for the weekend? No problem: your staff can leave their luggage with us and don’t have to carry everything back and forth.
• Fast Wi-Fi for reports, plans and video calls with the family.
• Digital check-in with a door code – arrive on the last ferry, no key handover, no reception hours.
• Central and walkable: supermarket 150 m, pedestrian zone 50 m, ferry terminal 1.2 km.
• Personal contact: the Papenfuß family lives on the island and is easy to reach.

Prices on request

We prepare an individual quote for companies – depending on dates, length of stay, number of people and apartment. The longer the job, the lower the nightly rate; two people per apartment is particularly good value. Over Christmas and New Year we are usually fully booked.

Invoice and payment

• Invoice addressed to your company.
• Payment in advance: by bank transfer before arrival or at the latest on arrival, in cash or by debit card.
• Payment by invoice after departure is not possible.

House rules

All apartments are non-smoking – smoking is outside only. Holiday guests also stay in our houses, so please be considerate about noise; parties and celebrations in the apartments are not allowed.

For a quote, simply send us your company name, billing address, dates and number of people – for larger teams we put together a suitable combination of several apartments.
